HM Armed Brig Lady Ann, Lieutenant Leake, has been ordered to Hull to convoy the ships bound for the Mediterranean as far as Portsmouth, and HM Armed Lugger Jane, Lieutenant James Haldane Tait, to escort the Navy transport bound for Lisbon as far as the North Foreland and then to proceed to Chatham for a refit. He has given Lieutenant Glanville of HMS Ranger 10 days' leave.
