Folio 350: Thomas Boys, Mande' Great George Street. Asks for Lieutenant Alexander Borthwick who served on HMS Zealous to be promoted at the end of the present war. He was reminded of the Admiralty's response dated 7 January 1814 to his statement of Lieutenant's Borthwick's good conduct and long service and that he was then noted for promotion.
