Folios 339-340: George Miller Bligh. HMS Araxes, Port Royal, Jamaica. Explains that he did not have full information about the destinations of all the ships in his convoy as not all masters had attended a meeting. He again recounts what happened when they encountered 2 American privateers. The convoy is safely arrived. Mentions that he had been ordered to take whatever money the commissary general wanted to send Jamaica to barbados but this had been given to Captain Pyne of HMS Niemen. He has ordered that the Araxes be fitted for sea again and will proceed to the east end of the island when she is ready.
