Folios 332-335: Frederick William Burgoyne, HMS Sparrowhawk, Downs. Encloses an order from Rear Admiral Scott to transport Mr. Herries, Commissary in Chief to Ostend. Could he have a warrant for the payment of the usual allowance granted on such occasions?
Folio 333: enclosure with folio 332. Orders dated 15 April 1815 by Matthew Henry Scott, Commander in Chief HM vessels in the Downs. Orders Captain Burgogne to take Mr. Herries to Ostend.
