Folios 312-314: Sir Buckland Stirling Bluett, HMS Seven, Guernsey. Acknowledges the increase in the number of lieutenants on complement from 6 but asks that any new appointment be junior to 2nd lieutenant Charles Chapman as he did have command of HMS Seven before he [Bluett] was appointed. He also reports that Midshipman Michael Batty has yet to make his appearance on board.
