Folio 283: William Black, HMS Racoon, Rio de Janeiro. Informs their Lordships that he has been superceded as commander of HMS Racoon by Lieutenant Mangles of HMS Duncan on the orders of Admiral Dixon. He will proceed to England in the Racoon and report on his arrival.
