Folios 236-238: John Bradley, HMS Nautilus, Plymouth Sound. He has received a letter from Rear Admiral Douglas accusing him of leaving [the convoy?] and disobeying his signals which he denies. He is not able to get his Log copied in time for the post but there is a copy sent by Admiral Martin which they have. He states he never saw the Warrior or heard her guns and that the masters in the convoy will support his version of events. He maintains he was acting safely.
