Folios 379-380: Samuel Butcher, HMS Antelope Portsmouth. He writes that Admiral Sir Richard Bickerton has asked him for a list of witnesses that he wishes to call at his forthcoming courts martial. This he encloses and he adds that the continued delay in calling the courts martial is causing him hardship.
Folio 380: enclosure with folios 379-380. A list of witnesses all belonging to HMS Antelope apart from two which he claims are essential to his defence. Being Captain Moore of the transport ship Harriet and Captain Talberd of the merchant ship Juleana.
