Folio 238: John Brenton, 35 Bryanston Street. He writes that Mr Robert Marsden was his clerk on HMS Minerva in 1803 when the vessel was captured. He has remained a prisoner of war in France and has only recently returned to England. He was an effective and diligent clerk and Captain Brenton asks the Admiralty to help him in any way they can.
