Folio 233: John and Thomas Maude, naval agents for Captain Thomas Boys recently in command of HMS Zealous. They send a receipt to the Admiralty for the purchase of a book of charts and Admiralty Statutes. They ask for the Captain to be relieved of the cost.
Folio 234: enclosure with folio 233. Letter dated 18 August 1814 by Captain Thomas Boys, HMS Zealous, at Spithead. He writes to John Borrow at the Admiralty, that as he has been superceded from HMS Zealous by Captain James Anderson that the cost of the book of Admiralty Statutes 222 to be transferred to his successor.
