Folio 231: Charles Bullen, Havant. He has been asked to account for the disappearance of Vol 126 of the Naval Statutes. He apologises. He says he has found that volume together with the Mendoza-Rios tables no 208 among his private books which had been packed up when he paid off HMS Cambrian in Plymouth in December 1811. He says he has deposited them at the Commissioner's office in Portsmouth and encloses the receipt.
Folio 232: enclosure with folio 231: A receipt signed by George Grey acknowleging receipt of the books given him by Captain Bullen.
