Folio 150: Thomas Briggs, HMS Clorinde, Sheerness. He writes that a Mr James Atkins joined his ship at Point de Galles to be his servant although he has never received the bounty. His parents are so poor that they have asked for his discharge and return home. Captain Briggs asks that this be done.
