Folios 416-418: Richard Heriot Barclay, 5 Trafalgar Place, Worthing. Explains that his answers to queries on ports or harbours, possessed by the enemy on Lake Ontario, are given on information and not local knowledge as he had been sent to Lake Erie as soon as Sir Samuel Sykes arrived at Kingston. Mentions the port Niagara [now possessed by the British], and gives information on the ship building capability at Sacketts Harbour, Oswego, Genesse, Lodus and the river Niagara. Mentions the USS Oneida, 18 guns, which was built at Oswego.
