Description

Folios 271-272: James Brisbane, HMS Pembroke off Port Mahon. Asks if the 'R' against Peter Lalemand, Private Marine, on the books for March 1814, when he exceeded his leave and the ship sailed without him, can be removed as he joined HMS Gorgon the day after and from which he was returned to HMS Pembroke. [Notes on reverse state that Peter Lalemand joined HMS Pembroke in March 1813 and deserted in March 1814].
