Folios 219-224: James Brisbane, HMS Pemboke, at sea. He had found it impractical to carry out part of directions. Commanding HMS Cossack at Falmouth he was to convoy the 63 trade vessels there to the Mediterranean. HMS Anacreon was sent ahead to bring out the vessels from Falmouth and signal the Pembroke, but no vessels emerged. The weather became unsettled and so he sailed. The next morning as the convoy was so dispersed, he sailed to join the body of the convoy. He was joined later by Captain Davies of HMS Anacreon. When the wind changed again, for the safety of the numerous vessels, it was necessary to set sail again. He encloses the logs from HMS Pembroke and Anacreon.
Folio 220-221: enclosure with folios 219-224: A copy of HMS Pembroke's ships log dated 19-21 September 1813.
Folio 222: enclosure with folios 219-224. A copy of HMS Anacreon's ships log dated 19-21 September 1813.
Folio 223: blank.
