Description

Folios 157-158: George Burlton, HMS Ville de Paris, Spithead. William Wilson, Volunteer from HMS Salvador del Mundo, is absent without leave, born in Salcoats and is aged 20.

Folio 158: enclosed with folios 157-158. Letter dated 15 February 1813 by William Wilson, stationer, Saltcoats, County Ayr. His son is ill with a weakness of the mind and should be discharged.

Folio 159: enclosed with folios 157-158. Letter dated 12 February 1813 by [?], Surgeon. William Wilson on HMS Ville de Paris, has headaches and debility on his right side.
