Folio 510: enclosed with folio 509. Orders dated 25 June 1812 by George William Blamey, HMS Comet, St John's Harbour, Newfoundland, to J. L. P. Laugharne, HMS Alick, to survey Lieutenant John Hawkins, HMS Electra, who is suffering from a blockage in his urinary system. He is to take the Surgeons from HMS Comet.
