Folio 509: George William Blamey, HMS Comet, St. John's, Newfoundland. He sends in the survey on the health of Lieutenant John Hawkins, HMS Electra.
Folio 510: enclosed with folio 509. Orders dated 25 June 1812 by George William Blamey, HMS Comet, St John's Harbour, Newfoundland, to J. L. P. Laugharne, HMS Alick, to survey Lieutenant John Hawkins, HMS Electra, who is suffering from a blockage in his urinary system. He is to take the Surgeons from HMS Comet.
Folio 511: enclosed with folio 509. Report dated 26 June 1812 by George Blamey, HMS Comet, on the health of Lieutenant John Hawkins recommending that he return to England for treatment.
