He asks for copies of the appointment of the late Admiral Dacres as Commander in Chief, Jamaica Station and his letter in 1808 ordering HMS Arethusa, Charles Brisbane, to England. He asks for clarification regarding the right of Captain to a percentage of the bullion they transported on their ships.
