Folio 424: Henry Edward Reginald Baker, HMS Dannemark, the Downs. He complains that Captain Fothergill, HMS Ulysses, has refused to release Peter Gowers, Coxswain, despite receiving orders to transfer him to HMS Dannemark. He asks that Peter Gowers joins his ship as ordered.
Folio 425: enclosed with folio 424. Note regarding the refusal of Captain Fothergill to allow the transfer of Peter Gowers, Coxswain, to HMS Dannemark.
Folio 426: enclosed with folio 424. Letter dated 23 June 1812 by John Barrow, Admiralty Office, to Henry Baker, HMS Dannemark, giving him permission to take men from HMS Ulysses when his ship was ready to receive them.
