Folio 444: William Bedford, HMS Royal Sovereign, of Basque Road. He asks for Lieutenant Townley to be asked to account for the balance of £67 which he witheld form Peter Gardner's wages on board the Richmond of Philadelphia, which he recovered from Mr Jarvis, its Master on his behalf. Peter Gardner and Lieutenant has entered on HMS Royal Sovereign on 28 December 1811 in Belfast.
