Folio 155: James Bissett, HMS Dannemark, Spithead. Encloses a report from Commander Charles George Rodney Philott on the French sloop which Captain Bissett ordered him by telegraph to take possession of off the Eddystone Light.
Folios 156-158: enclosed with folio 155. Letter dated 21 April 1811 by Commander Charles Philpott, HMS Primose, Spithead to Captain James Bissett of HMS Dannemark. When he boarded the French sloop he found her to be laden with fire wood, half full of water, and thinks she had previously been taken as a prize by one of HM ships. As the vessel was of little value, he ordered her to be burnt.
