Folio 147: H Stanger [Navy Agent], 13 Clements Inn, [London]. He has not been able to draw the pay due to the late Commander John Buller for his service in HMS Dart because of the lack of Muster Book from June 1, 1807, to July 8. As Commander Buller was killed in action before could be asked for this book, asks the Admiralty to waive the reqirement for it so Commander Buller's family can get a final settlement of his accounts.
