Folio 468: George Burlton, London. He forwards a letter from William Young, Purser, HMS Rodney asking for a dispensation regarding his inability to pass his accounts for HMS Victorieurse.
Folios 469-470: enclosed with folio 468. Memorial dated 8 May 1810 by William Young, Purser, HMS Rodney. He explains that ill health prevented him submitting his accounts for HMS Victorieuse as required.
Folios 471-473: enclosed with folio 468. Letter dated 18 April 1810 by L. Magennis, Surgeon, Haslar Hospital. He confirms that William Young was a patient at Plymouth Hospital and was unfit to carry out his duties.
