Folio 401: James Sykes, Arundel Street. Is sending Vice Admiral Berkeley's order dated 5 August 1809 directing Captain Christopher Bell receive, on board HMS Phipps, then at Lisbon, Lord Fitzroy Somerset with despatches for England. Captain Bell asks for remuneration for the expenses incurred.
