Folios 391-394: Thomas Burton, HMS Wild Boar, Tagus. William Wilkinson, part of the Carpenter's crew of this ship has served his apprenticeship as a Shipwright and is of a deserving character.
Folio 392: enclosure with folios 391-394. Letter dated 11 November 1809 by Commander Thomas Burton, HMS Wild Boar. Certificate stating William Wilkinson has served on board the ship, as part of the Carpenter's crew, since 12 May 1809 during which time he has discharged his duty as a sober, diligent and good man.
