Folio 384: James Bissett, HMS Dannemark, the Nore. Is sending a copy of a letter forwarded to Rear Admiral Sir Richard John Strachan.
Folio 385: enclosure with folio 384. Letter dated 1 November 1809 by Captain James Blissett, HMS Dannemark, the Nore, to Rear Admiral Sir Richard Strachan. Asks to withdraw his letter requesting a Court Martial for James Ferguson, Master's Mate of this ship, as he has shown great contrition for the offences he committed in the dockyard at Flushing on 12 September 1809.
