Folios 230-231: Henry Blackwood, Esher, Surrey. Has heard from his agent that he has not received the portion of remuneration formerly (and particularly in the cases of Captains Charles Rowley, Wallis, and Percy) due to such Captains who have been put to extra expense in receiving and entertaining Officers who have been ordered by Senior Officers to take a passage to their ships. This applies to him, as he was under orders to receive Admiral Villeneuve, his Captain, the Commander of the troops and 6 other Officers at his table for a passage to England . They were on board for 5 weeks, which has put him to extraordinary expense and he requests similar treatment to other Officers.
