Folios 380-382: Andrew Broun, Regulating Officer, Greenock Rendezvous. Request for directions as to if he should pay the commanders of the Revenue Vessels the Bounty paid by their order for any men they may procure for the Service. Captain Fularton of the Wickham cutter having demanded the Bounty for four men procured by him and received on board the tender. NB The Bounty alluded to is that paid fro procuring concealed Seaman or landsman.
