Folio 236-236A: Edward Brace, HMS Virginie, Falmouth. Reports that Mr Boddy the Builder is of opinion that the Main Mast is not so defective, but it may last the cruise. He shall therefore stop the leaks over the magazine and storerooms and proceed to sea as soon as the weather permits.
