Folios 440-441: George Burlton, HMS Resolution, Yarmouth Roads. Advises that John Finn, born at Callan, Kilkenny, Ireland, apprenticed to John Hughes, owner of the Diana of London, was impressed at North Shields on 28 January last by HMS Eliza tender, and was put on board HMS Zealand and then transferred to HMS Resolution as an ordinary seaman.
Folios 441-443: enclosure with folio 440. Letter dated 12 July 1807 by George Burlton, HMS Resolution, North Yarmouth, to the Admiralty. Is sending a writ and asks for the Admiralty's Solicitor to take the necessary action.
