Folio 416: Sir John Poo Beresford, no address. Cover for document.

Folios 417-418: enclosure with folio 416. Order dated 24 March 1807 by George Cranfield, Vice Admiral of the White [for Canada, Bermuda], Bermuda. Having received a report that the condition of HMS Cambrian needs repair in a dockyard orders Captain Beresford to Spithead or Plymouth or Falmouth if the weather is unfavourable. He is to take dispatches.

Folio 418: enclosure with folio 416. Letter dated 12 April 1807 by Captain Beresford, HMS Cambrian, to Lieutenant Smith, HMS Cambrian. Orders Lieutenant Smith to take HMS Cambrian to Spithead, report to the Commander in chief and deliver the journal, weekly account and a letter.

Folio 419: enclosure with folio 416. Letter dated 12 April 1807 by Captain Beresford, HMS Cambrian, to Admiral Montague. Explains that he has left the ship at Weymouth having ordered Lieutenant Smith to take the ship on to Spithead so he can deliver dispatches from Admiral Berkeley to the Admiralty.

Folio 420: enclosure with folio 416. Office memo. Cover for Captain Beresford's travelling expenses [not present].
