Folio 15: enclosure with folios 14-17. Letter dated 9 February 1807 by Thomas Packill, Plough Court, Lombard Street. Asks for the release of Thomas Martin who was impressed by John Baker as he is apprentice at Messers R. Oxnam & Co.
Folio 16: enclosure with folios 14-17. Report by Captain John Baker, undated. States Thomas Martin was impressed off Dungeness by Thomas Potts mate of the ship Magdalene on 13 January [1807] He had no Admiralty Protection which one would expect if he was an apprentice.
