Folios 6-7: Henry Edward Reginald Baker, HMS Jupiter, Spithead. Repeats his request for a chronometer which he feels is very necessary given the large number of ships he is to take in convoy. He also asks for Captain Horsburgh's charts and instructions for the Straits of Malacca and the China Seas. He already has Dalrymple's obervations.
