Folios 48-50: Richard Runwa Bowyer, Regulating Captain, Titchfield, Hampshire. He has received a letter from Lieutenant William Knight, under his command at Lynn, to say that Captain [Joshua Sydney] Horton has asked the Admiralty to transfer him to HMS Princess [Prince] of Orange, but that he wishes to remain at Lynn. Lieutenant Knight has a large family, asks if he can be left in his post at Lynn.
