Folios 347-347A: Richard Boger, 24, Queen Street, Brompton. Asks to be put on the retirement list. Entered the service in 1759, rising to Lieutenant in 1776 and Commander in 1793, he met with a serious accident whilst saving HMS Frame in Hamoaze.
