Folios 246-247: Edward Bass, Falmouth. He advises that William Higgins late purser of HMS Gannet now of HMS Glatton has failed to pass on his accounts. Thus responsible for stopping a sum of £20 in consequence of a boat lost by Edward Angove.
Folio 247: enclosure with folios 246-247. An affidavit by Edward Angove dated 25 October 1806, Falmouth.
