Folio 222: Philip Bartholomew, Regulating Captain, Londonderry. Encloses a letter [not present] from Lieutenant George Porter accompanied with an American Protection for John Flemming, a seaman, whom he has sent to Plymouth in the Hope Tender. He adds that also on board is Patrick M'Ginly, a deserter from HMS Brilliant, who gave himself up in consequence of His Majestys proclamation pardoning deserters.
