Folio 220: Philip Bartholomew, Regulating Captain, Londonderry. Encloses a letter requesting him to accept a number of people detained from Prussian vessels.
Folio 221: enclosure with folio 220. A letter by Rowly G Hill esquire, Collector of Londonderry, dated 12 April 1806. Acting on orders from the Chief Commissioners of London to detain all Prussian vessels that may arrive in the port and as a consequence has detained two. States he has insufficient resources and requests that seven men be detained on board the tender until further orders are received.
