Folios 402-403: Robert Barrie, HMS Brilliant, Lough Cragnaish [Craignaish]. Receipt of letter informing him that the Admiralty disapproved of his request to Captain Bartholomew for 14 men and 4 boys, who are to be returned immediately to the Rendezvous. He was unaware that he had acted incorrectly. He has no vessel to return them to the Rendezvous at Londonderry so asks for directions.
