Folios 384-386: Philip Bartholomew, Londonderry. The Lieutenants of the tenders say they do not enough boats to avoid desertions. Vessels coming to the port are making a practice of taking off their men at Kilmore a few miles away. Requests a boat to be attached to the Rendezvous and a boat to be supplied to the Hope 1st tender, now on her way to Plymouth with newly raised men.
