Folio 371: Robert Barton, HMS Goliath, at sea. is sending a copy of a letter he has sent to Lord Cornwallis.
Folios 372-373: enclosure with folio 371. Copy of letter dated 15 August 1805 from Robert Barton, HMS Goliath, at sea, to Admiral Cornwallis. Today they captured the 18-gun brig. corvette La Faune which was also chased by HMS Camilla. She was from Martinico with 22 men on board belonging to HMS Blanche which was taken and burnt on 18 [July 1805] by La Topaze, La Stanche, La Partimont and La Faune. He has sent the corvette in charge of HMS Camilla, Captain Taylor, to Portsmouth.
