Folios 358-359: Edward Bass, HMS Gannet, off Penzance. Replies concerning the distribution of Prize money from seizures. He found an Order in Council dated 12 August 1764 and also took Mr Bicknell's opinion. The Petty Officers and seamen have received their share and the Officers' share has been placed in the hands of William Higgins, Purser.
Folios 359-361: enclosure with folios 358-359. Letter dated 16 April 1803 from Mr Bicknell, Spring Garden Terrace, to Edward Bass. Captain Bass is entitled to the same proportion of the moiety of any seizure as the Lieutenants.
