Description

Folios 404-405: George Byng, HMS Texel off Margate. Reports that Lieutant Biggard who has joined HMS Malabar that the Purser and no other warrant officer, except the Boatswain and Cook, has joined her. Requets that those officers are ordered to join HMS Malabar and that the Lieutenants on board HMS Texel be allowed to join HMS Malabar.
