Folios 430-431: William Beauchamp, HMS Saracen, Woolwich. He says that he does not want to receive his complement of men while the ship is at Woolwich as it is too easy for them to desert. He asks for Greenwich pensioners to take the ship to Longreach where he can receive his crew.
