Folios 416-417: Jonathan Bazely junior, Sea Fencibles, Grimsby. He encloses a list of men discharged by Captain Thomas Hand from the Cleethorpes Sea Fencibles. Captain Crisp has informed him of the men discharged from Gainsborough and Winteringham Swa Fencibles.
Folio 417: enclosed with folios 416-417. Jonathan Bazely junior, Sea Fencibles, Grimsby. A list dated 15 September 1804 of 8 men discharged from the Sea Fencibles.
Folio 418: Enclosed with folio 416. Letter dated 19 September 1804 by Thomas Hand, Sea Fencibles, Cleethorpes. A list of 9 men discharged from the Sea Fencibles.
