Folios 403-404: Jonathan Bazely junior, Sea Fencibles, Grimsby. He has sent details of the men of the Sea Fencibles and the plan for action in the case of a French attack. On the approach of the enemy fleet the Sea Fencibles will board the defence ships Parragon and Sceptre to strengthen their crews.
Folio 405: Enclosed with folios 403-404. Jonathan Bazely junior, Sea Fencibles, Grimsby. Details of the men of the Sea fencibles in Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Gainsborough and Winterton and the distance they are from the mouth of the Humber.
