Folio 150: George Barker, Regulating Officer, Bristol. James Robins, Sawyer, was impressed from a recently arrived Indiaman and no substitute has been provided.
Folio 151: enclosure with folio 150. Letter dated 15 August 1804 by Evan Baillie, Bristol, to William Marsden, Admiralty He says that a substute for James Robins is available and asks for an order for Lieutenant Thorpe to relase James Robins.
