Folios 193-194: Frederick Whitworth Aylmer, 71, Welbeck Street. A cousin, Lieutenant Whitworth Lloyd, has requested to be appointed to HMS Pactolus. He asks that if Lieutenant Davies is superseded then Whitworth be appointed. He does not wish Lieutenant Davies to be removed as he is a fine Officer. Whitworth nearly got a ship but Mr. Riley appointed Lieutenant Gopling to the vacancy.
