Folios 229-230: Richard Arthur, HMS Andromeda. Asks for William Hayes R to be removed. He was sent into the Mount Hope American recaptured ship and then waited on board HMS Prince in Portsmouth awaiting his ship. He was put on HMS Tuscan for a passage to Lisbon and was accidentally left on shore. He immediately went on board HMS Gladiator in the harbour.
