Folio 214: enclosure with folio 213. Certificate dared 31 March 1814 by Captain Thomas Alexander and John Gallons, Master, HMS Devastation. They have not been in any port or harbour between 1 March 1813 and 31 March 1814 except Little New Rostock Bay, Hawkes Roads and the Roomspot.
